      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Ionospheric support was close to normal for the time 
of year over the last 24 hours. Some moderate and strong cases 
of sporadic E were observed across Equatorial/Pacific and Northern 
Australian regions during local night time hours, particularly 
just after sunset, partially or completely blanketing the HF 
band.
