      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Depressions of 10-20% were observed at times during 
local day for low latitudes, otherwise mostly normal conditions 
have been observed for 19 September. Mostly normal conditions 
are expected to continue for the next few days.
