Enhanced by 15% during local night.
Northern Australian Region:
Near predicted monthly values.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: HF conditions were mostly normal on 11 February with
spread F noted at high latitudes and sporadic E noted at low
latitudes. Expect the possiblity of mild depressions today with
isolated cases of sporadic E and spread F. Tomorrow HF conditions
should return to mostly normal.
