AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST

   Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
      Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day with
      periods of depressions and degradations. 

PCA Event : No event.

Predicted Monthly T index for December:  10
2. FORECAST (26 DECEMBER - 28 DECEMBER)

COMMENT: Minor to mild degradations in HF conditions and 
depressions in MUFs are possible across Aus/NZ regions on 
26 December. General improvements in HF conditions may be 
expected on 27 and 28 December.
