AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST

      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhancements during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : Began at 1625UT 06/12, Ended at 1135UT 12/12

COMMENT: Enhanced conditions observed for local evenings over 
both Northern Aus/Equatorial and Southern Aus/NZ regions, with 
otherwise normal HF conditions. Poor ionospheric support for 
Antarctic regions due to PCA effects. Improving conditions are 
expected over the next 24 hours for Antarctic regions with mostly 
normal conditions for all other regions.
