COMMENT: Persistent spread-F conditions observed S Aus/Antarctic 
regions mainly during local night. Mild depressions observed 
before local dawn at low latitudes, recovering quickly post-dawn. 
Expect mostly normal conditions next three days with possibility 
of minor degradations at high latitudes.
