      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

Predicted Monthly T index for September:  24
2. FORECAST (05 SEPTEMBER - 07 SEPTEMBER)

COMMENT: Mostly normal HF conditions expected for Southern Aus/NZ 
regions for the next 24 hours, with the chance of depressed periods 
due expected enhanced geomagnetic conditions. Mostly normal HF
conditions are expected over all other regions. A return to 
normal HF conditions for 06Sep onwards, for all regions.
