   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Mild depressions are expected over the next two days, 
4-5 November due to geomagnetic disturbances effecting the ionosphrere. 
Also expect isolated cases of Spread F to continue at mid to 
high latitudes.
