AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST

   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day
      with periods of minor to significant degradations. 

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: HF conditions are expected to remain mostly normal 
in most Aus/NZ regions on 27 July and first half of 28 July. 
Minor degradations are possible in some Southern Aus/NZ 
regions during the second half of the UT day on 28 July. 
Minor to mild degradations are possible in the Southern 
Aus/NZ regions on 29 July.
