   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Mostly normal HF conditions where observed over the 
last 24 hours for Northern Aust and Equatorial regions. Depressed 
conditions observed for Southern Aus and NZ regions after an 
increase in geomagnetic activity over the entire UT day. Similar
conditions are expected over mid-high latitudes for the next 2 days.
