      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Enhanced by 20% during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day 
      with periods of depressiong and degradations.


PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Minor to moderate depressions in MUFs and degradations 
in HF conditions may be observed especially in Southern Australian/NZ 
regions on 02 and 04 January. HF conditions are expected to remain 
mostly normal on 03 January.
