AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST

1. SUMMARY (08 DECEMBER)

   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 15% over the UT day with periods of 
      depressions and degradations.

PCA Event : No event.

Predicted Monthly T index for December:  35
2. FORECAST (09 DECEMBER - 11 DECEMBER)

normal across most Aus/NZ regions during the next three 
days with some possibility of isolated depressions in the 
southern regions during the first two days of this period.
