      Enhanced by 55% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 45% over the UT day.


PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Spread-F conditions observed at Equatorial/N Aus regions.

region. Mostly normal HF conditions expected next three days. 
Possibility of SWFs from AR656 if it produces significant X-ray 
flares.
