      Enhanced by 50% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20%.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 32 was issued on 2 May 
and is current for interval 3-5 May (SWFs) . Improved HF conditions 
expected today. Solar region development has stalled and SWfs 
now looking less likely. Southern Aus/NZ region MUFs expected 
to be mildly depressed/degraded 05-07 May. Northern Aus region 
MUFs are expected to remain unaffected.
