      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Declining solar wind parameters indicate improving conditions 
today. Degraded HF conditions are anticipated mid-week as a small

may occur at low and high latitudes.
