      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Enhanced by 35% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Coronal hole inuced geomagnetci activity yet to eventuate, 
so forecasts slipped by one day. HF conditions are expected to 
be initailly good today. Geomagnetic activity induced by a coronal 
hole is expected to produce mild depressions after local dawn 
for southern region Australia over the next few days.
