   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
      Spread F observed.

COMMENT: Mild depressions in southern Aus region ended yesterday 
with mildly enhanced codnitions observred. MUFs now expected 
to be near to 10% above predicted monthly values. Degarded comms 
quality may still be experienced during local night hours southern 
Aus region only. Chance of isolated shortwave fadeouts over next
few days.
