   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with isolated overnight
      depressions.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
