      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day
      with periods of depressions and degradations.


PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 53 was issued on 
17 July and is current for interval 17-18 July. MUFs are 
expected to remain mostly normal to enhanced by approximately
15% through northern Australian/NZ regions during the next 
three days. Isolated periods of minor depressions are possible 
in southern Australian/NZ regions during this period.
