      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 1 was issued on 3 January 
and is current for interval 4 January only. Moderate depressions 
expected southern Aus/NZ region after local dawn this morning, 
following overnight coronal hole induced geomagnetic activity. 
MUFs are expected to recover as day progresses. There is an
icreasing chance of fadeouts over the next few days due
to developing solar regions and possible returning solar regions 
around 07/08 Jan.
