      Mostly depressed 15-30%.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Depressed 15-30% to near predicted monthly values.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 8 was issued on 4 February 
and is current for interval 5 February only. HF conditions were 
again significantly degraded for February 4 as the result of 
recent enhanced geomagnetic activity, with depressions greater 
than 30% observed. Mild depressions are expected at times for 
5 February.
