      15-30% at times.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 5 was issued on 1 February 
and is current for interval 1-2 February. HF conditions have 
been degraded following an increase in geomagnetic activity resulting 
from the impact of a CME at approximately 15UT on 1 Feb. Degraded 
HF conditions are again possible for 2 Feb.
