AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST

      Enhanced by 20% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
      Blanketing sporadic E observed second half of UT day.


PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: HF conditions expected to continue to improve in coming 
days for southern Aus/NZ region. Mild deppressions of 10-15% 
possible for southern Aus/NZ region after local dawn. Northern 
Aus region MUFs expected to remain near predicted monthly values. 
There is an increasing chance for shortwave fadeouts.
