   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 27 was issued on 14 April 
and is current for interval 16-17 April. Southern region MUFs 
appear not to have responded to geomagnetic activity induced 
from coronal hole wind stream, with forecast mild depressions 
not eventuating. Degraded comms quality may be experienced during 
local night hours southern region Aus/NZ.
