   Equatorial PNG Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 25% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 35% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 24 was issued on 20 May 
and is current for interval 21-23 May (SWFs) . There are now
three solar regions flare capable on the solar disk. Mild 
degradation in HF conditions expected late 24/25 May southern 
region Aus/NZ only due to re4cent CME and coronal hole high 
speed stream effects.
