   Northern Australian Region:
      Enhanced greater than 15%.

      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values to depressed 15-30% at
      times.
