   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Enhanced by 15% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 31 was issued on 19 July 
and is current for interval 20-21 July. MUFs had a positive response 
to geomagnetic activity. Further depression not expected. Shortwave 
fadeouts can be expected on daylight HF circuits due to active 
solar region rotating onto solar disk (X3 producer).
