      Enhanced by 15-40%.

      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 5 was issued on 14 February 
and is current for interval 15-17 February. Good HF conditions 
expected for first half of UT day today. Mild degradation expected 
late 15 to 16 Feb southern region Aus/NZ. Equatorial region/Northern 
Aus. expected to remain near to 15% above normal.
