COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 42 was issued on 25 August 
and is current for interval 25-27 August (SWFs) . HF conditions 
should return to normal at high latitudes with the end of the 
recent PCA event. HF conditions should be normal to good at all 
latitudes over the next few days.
