   Northern Australian Region:
      Enhanced by 20% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
      Depressed by 15% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: As the geomagnetic activity has started to subside now, 
the HF conditions are expected to remain normal in the next 3 
days in most Australian regions. However, slight degradations 
in MUFs are possible in the Southern Australian regions.
