COMMENT: Strongly degraded HF conditions observed overnight. 
Degradation impacted all latitudes. 
Spread F was observed local night hours on 20 Mar and at Darwin late 
in the UT day.  Periods of degraded HF conditions expected over next 
few days at mid to high latitudes, particularly on 23 Mar. 
Christchurch, Macquarie Island MUFs depressed 30% after local dawn 
this morning. Hobart, Canberra, Sydney MUFs near normal after 
local dawn this morning.
