      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 83 was issued on 24 December 
and is current for interval 25-27 December (SWFs) . Mild depressions 
were observed after a long duration IMF Bz negative interval 
on the 24 DEC. HF conditions are expected to return to normal 
over the next three days.
