   IMPORTANCE: WEAK
   FUNDAMENTAL AND HARMONIC VISIBLE
   INTERPRETATION OF TYPEII DIFFICULT DUE TO LOW INTENSITY 
   OF A-BAND IN THE CULGOORA RADIOSPECTROGRAPH.
   TYPEII SHOCK SPEED ESTIAMTED TO BE 550KM/S. 


SOLAR RADIO EVENT 2:
   DRIFTING: 180 - 57 MHZ
   START TIME: 2220 UT   END   TIME: 2253 UT
   SPECTRAL TYPE: TYPE IV
   IMPORTANCE: WEAK
   THIS WEAK TYPEIV FOLLOWED THE ABOVE TYPEII EVENT. 

SOLAR RADIO EVENT 3:
   DRIFTING: 175 - 57 MHZ
   START TIME: 2257 UT   END   TIME: 2316 UT
   SPECTRAL TYPE: TYPE IV
   IMPORTANCE: STRONG
   THIS APPEARED TO BE A MOVING TUPEIV SUGGESTING A MASS EJECTION
   HAS OCCURED.

   NO OPTICAL OBSERVATION POSSIBLE DUE TO CLOUD AND RAIN CONDITIONS
   AT CULGOORA.

STRONG SHORTWAVE FADEOUT OBSERVED
