TWO SPEEDS 600 AND 400 KM/SEC. FREQUENCY OF
482 TO 22MHZ RANGE SPANS TWO POSSIBLE EVENTS. 
ALSO WEAK RADIO CONTINEUM EMISSION OBSERVED 
595-1277MHZ 

CULGOORA H-ALPHA IMAGERY SHOWED A 3 NORMAL FLARE
FROM SOLAR REGION 715 2147 TO 2259 UT.
