<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">White/Green Aurora sighted from Fern Tree and West Hobart on Monday 30th May 2005 at 11:30pm to Tuesday 31st May at 1:30am. (1430-1630UT)</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The Aurora was in southern and South east sky to about 25deg above the horizon.  The SW sky was blocked out as a front had come through.  The aurora was generally a glow, with the odd searchlight, the largest being to about 60 deg due south.  The old fast moving cloud effect was also seen, again due south.  No red aurora was sighted. </FONT></P>
