Sighting location: 20744 Hwy. 20, Twisp, WA. 98856
                           Elevation 2,000 ft.

Time: 10:15 pm for approximately one hour

Description: "Initially it looked like a full moon rising. Then in the
center of the sky it began an active display, shooting
spears of mostly white light, then curtains of light.
In the center it looked like a vortex of clouds, pulsing with
                               repeating shapes.

Throught an hours time the display shifted west and grew
red and finally in the south, with both diluted red and green
                               colors.
