Streamers sighted around 11pm (+/- 2 mins) from Canberra (Deakin),
slightly west of south altitude 45 deg, 5-10 degree vertical extent,
very faint, below visual colour threshhold, not quite as bright as the
Large Magellanic Cloud.

Transient in nature, lasting for a few seconds, seen a couple of times,
but urban light pollution made it hard to be certain. Milky Way visible
as were both Magellanic Clouds.

Call it a "possible". IBC value 1.

Sky clear at the time, sharp star images suggested no cirrus.

Nothing sighted in the following 20 minutes, after which low cumulus
rolled in from the east.
