Just a brief note to tell you an aurora was sighted from suburban Hobart on Sat. 14 October at approx 9.50 pm. The aurora showed distict raying despite the almost full moon and some cloud. The aurora was observed in a south westerly direction. Good general glow to the west and south. No real colour noted. I'll keep watching, Cheers.
