Aurora activity on the evening of 28 October and early morning 29
October 2000

Location... Longitude W88.6 Latitude N47.1  Geomagnetic Latitude N58.
Hancock Michigan, USA

Three photos, Overlooking Lake Superior... Snaking veil, Straight up
overhead with red and green Aurorae, Aurora reflecting on Lake Superior.

Subject: aurora 27-28/11/00

An aurora was visible from about 11 pm last night (27-11) till light cloud
obscured it at about 01:00 28-11.

I observed it from Seven Mile Beach, Tasmania (next to Hobart airport) a
good, uninterrupted and non-light-polluted view.
