SUBJ: IPS AURORA WATCH
ISSUED AT 2333 UT ON 30 Mar 2016 BY IPS RADIO AND SPACE SERVICES
FROM THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE

A frontal disturbance ahead of fast wind emanating from Coronal Hole
(CH) 725 drove a minor geomagnetic storm during the previous solar
rotation. There is a possibility of a repeat performance during 2-3
Apr UT. Conditions will likely reach the G1 level, possibly the G2
level briefly. Aurora alerts will follow should favourable space
weather activity eventuate.
